Basic Refund Policy

  • There are 2 types of items CoolFlair sells, and all 2 have slightly different Refund Policies:
    • Retail Items: These have a full 30-day refund guarantee. If you don't like the item or it is defective, we will either replace it at no cost to you, or you can send it back to us for a full refund.
    • Free Promotional Items: Due to the nature of these free promotional items, there is no refund applicable because you are not paying for the item. You pay for shipping, but that cost is not refundable because it goes towards actually shipping the item. 


How much is the shipping?

This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to.  Our Standard  Shipping cost is $2.95 unless you order a large amount of weight.  On FREE promotional items shipping starts at $9.95 as we are shipping from our different warehouses overseas.

 

How do I track my package?

You can check on the status of your order at any time by emailing the customer support desk at support@coolflair.com .

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Order processing time takes 1-5 business days before shipment. Deliveries can take up to 4 to 6 weeks. It depends what you purchased. You can 'CONTACT US' or email support@coolflair.com  for specific shipping times.

 

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

We ship from different manufacturers  so some items might arrive earlier than others. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.

What about possible custom fees?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

 

Can I cancel/change my address/order?

Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.
Orders that are marked as shipped are only applicable for a refund if the order doesn't arrive within 60 days after shipping. 

Where do your other items come from?

CoolFlair is all about bringing you unique and specialty items that you won't find anywhere else. So we source items from all over the world. To keep a diverse group of products you will love, we go far and wide to find the best manufacturers designing the coolest stuff.
